#PowersForThePeople: Meet the Candidate Events for Feb 27 & 28

Pamela Powers Hannley

This weekend is a busy one with the Tucson Peace Fair on Saturday, Feb 27, and my Give Me$5 campaign kick-off party on Sunday, Feb 28.

The Peace Fair is at Reid Park from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. My husband Jim and I have a combo booth with information, petitions, and $5 Clean Elections forms for my campaign — plus materials for Arizonans for a New Economy, our state’s public banking coalition. Public banking is a big part of my economic reform plan to build our state’s economy by bringing taxpayer money back to Arizona from Wall Street and investing it here on Main Street to build infrastructure, foster entrepreneurship, fully fund public education, and create good-paying jobs. Please stop by our booth to learn more.

The kick-off party is from 4 – 6 p.m. at the home of artist Roberta Lewis, 5815 N. Mina Vista, off of North Campbell Avenue in the Tucson Foothills. Come and learn about me and my platform, while enjoying light finger foods and a glass of wine or iced tea in Roberta’s lovely home.

If you can’t attend these events but would like to support my campaign, you can sign my petition and give me a $5 Clean Elections Contribution by going to the Secretary of States website here. You can also make a seed money donation by US Post by sending a check to Pamela Powers Hannley for House, P.O. Box 42284, Tucson, Arizona 85733 or my sending money to p2h@iCloud.com via PayPal.

Thanks for your support. I hope you can stop by and say “hi” this weekend. Let’s get to know each other better.
